🚫 UNLMTDFB Final Sale Policy (No Returns)

 

At UNLMTDFB, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality sports equipment at competitive prices. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and streamline our operations, all sales are considered FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items purchased due to customer change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selection.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and product specifications before finalizing a purchase.

 

🔎 Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

 

The only exceptions to our Final Sale Policy are for items that are defective/damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item entirely.

If your item falls into one of these two categories, please follow the procedure below:

 

1. Defective or Damaged Items

 

If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available).

    • A full refund for the cost of the item, including shipping.

 

2. Incorrect Item Received

 

If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong model, wrong size, or wrong color), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Process: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.

  • Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the incorrect item, we will immediately ship you the correct product originally ordered.

To report a defective or incorrect item:

  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: "EXCEPTION: Order # [Your Order Number] - [Issue]".

  3. Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the required photographic evidence.
