This policy details the shipping options, costs, and timelines for your UNLMTDFB order. We are committed to getting your sports equipment to you as efficiently as possible.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not responsible for delays.
❌ Damaged or Lost Orders

Damage in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at unlmtdfb@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution.

Lost Packages: If the tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate a claim on your behalf and either re-ship your order or issue a refund. UNLMTDFB is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
